Orders and confirmation
Every surprise is agreed directly with you. A 50% deposit confirms the order. The balance is due on delivery.
Delivery
I deliver only in Coventry, on the agreed day and time. The travel fee is £5. Order at least one day before; same-day only when urgent and from what is in stock.
Changes and cancellations
Contact me as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Available options depend on materials already purchased and preparation already started.
